Facility management
SECCO provides preventive maintenance, operation and maintenance, and service and repair for building systems, with a dedicated team on standby for emergencies 24 hours a day.
Care for building systems after handover
SECCO's facility management covers three services: preventive maintenance, operation and maintenance, and service and repair maintenance.
For new buildings, the support starts before delivery. SECCO carries out start-up testing before handover and provides maintenance through the warranty period, and both are available around the clock.
Three kinds of maintenance
Preventive maintenance
Planned maintenance that keeps equipment in working order and finds wear before it becomes a breakdown.
Operation and maintenance
Maintenance of building systems while they are in operation.
Service and repair
Repair when equipment fails.

Faults do not wait for office hours. SECCO keeps a dedicated team on standby for emergency 24-hour service.

Maintenance starts at commissioning
Facility management picks up where testing and commissioning ends. On completion of each project, SECCO's commissioning team provides pre-tests, function tests, data gathering, commissioning and synchronisation of combined systems.
SECCO can also provide a building operation manual that is practical and useful for building operators.
Testing and commissioningTraining and skill testing
Under a Ministry of Labour notice of 27 October 2015, building electricians in Thailand must hold a certificate of knowledge and ability. The SECCO Training Center is a branch of the national skill-standard testing centre of the Department of Skill Development, operated by the Thai Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association (TEMCA), and it trains and tests building electricians for the national skill standard.
SECCO also has facilities to train and certify air-conditioning technicians and plumbers. Training sessions at SECCO have included water treatment for condensers, chillers and sanitary systems (30 March 2024) and automatic control valves for building applications (2 March 2024).
