Working at SECCO
Join the engineers, foremen and safety officers who install the electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and fire-protection systems inside buildings across Thailand.
A career in building systems
SECCO has installed building systems since 1978. We recruit people from every background and education level who want to work in mechanical and electrical engineering.
Our teams install electrical, communication, air-conditioning, fire-protection, plumbing and sanitary systems for buildings in Bangkok and other major cities.
We train our own staff, and our SECCO Training Center also trains and tests building electricians for their national skill certificate. Safety is the first of our five core values.
The people behind every project
Our teams by role.
About 340 staff in total, including a board of six executive officers.
Who you work with on site
Each project is led by a project manager selected for it, who handles procurement, site facilities, cost control, quality control, method statements and the installation process.
Our engineers manage the installation on site, check shop drawings, and test and hand over the systems. They work alongside our foremen, licensed safety officers and site workers.

Where you could work
SECCO's management structure groups its teams into three divisions, alongside internal audit and a safety unit.

We train our own people
SECCO runs training for staff in every discipline, including BIM, AutoCAD, engineering and construction.
The SECCO Training Center is also the SECCO branch of the national skill-standard testing centre run by the Thai Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association (TEMCA). Building electricians train there and take their national skill test, and the centre holds level 2 electrician and air-conditioning technician tests.
