Nine sectors, one set of disciplines

Founded in April 1978, SECCO installs electrical, communication, air-conditioning, plumbing and fire-protection systems, and its reference list covers shopping centres, offices, condominiums, hotels, hospitals, factories and schools. The disciplines stay the same from one building to the next, but each building type sets its own priorities.

A data centre needs redundancy, a shopping centre needs to cope with crowds and smoke, and a tall residential block needs water pressure on every floor. Each sector page explains those needs, summarises our services and shows some of our projects.

Data centres

MEP and utility systems for mission-critical facilities. Our own list includes the Krungthai Bank Computer Centre, and our data-centre team brings experience from facilities such as TRUE IDC and AIS Tellus II.
