Civil and architectural construction

Building and civil works alongside our engineering services, with construction references from high-rise hotels and condominiums to factory facilities.

Construction as well as engineering

Civil and architectural construction is one of SECCO's services, on both local and international projects. Within the SECCO group, Grand Intersec Co., Ltd. is the specialist subsidiary for condominium building projects.

Where civil work fits in

Civil work sits in two parts of our scope: the buildings themselves, and the civil side of our utilities work.

  • High-rise buildings such as hotels and condominiums
  • Factory facilities
  • Civil construction of substation buildings
  • Duct banks, manholes and hand holes for underground cables
