SECCO's current projects include hotels and resorts, residences, shopping and mixed-use developments, office buildings and a hospital.

Most are in and around Bangkok, including Boonmitr Silom, Valaya at Giant Swing and the Royal Thai Police Office and Parking Building, Muang Thong Thani. In Phuket they include Banyan Tree Grand Residence Phuket, Banyan Tree Lagoon Pool Villa Phuket and Laguna Seaside Residences.
