Building systems contractor since 1978

SECCO procures, builds and installs the engineering systems that make a building work, end to end: electrical and communication, air conditioning and ventilation, sanitary, plumbing and fire protection, and utilities and infrastructure. Around that core we offer civil and architectural works, EPC and design, data-centre MEP, rooftop solar, BIM and Revit, testing and commissioning, facility management and equipment trading.

SECCO was founded in April 1978 by Poothian Pongpittayapa and a team of specialist engineers. Projects run under different legal entities depending on the type of project, but all our people and systems work to one SECCO standard.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by SGS, and the company holds an engineering licence from the Council of Engineers Thailand. Our staff of about 340, including 100 engineers and 10 licensed safety officers, works with about 2,000 site workers.

SECCO has two specialist subsidiaries, both on Soi Sukhumvit 107 in Samut Prakan: SECCO HV for high-voltage and infrastructure projects, and Grand Intersec for condominium building projects.

Meet the leadership

One contractor for every building system

We design, install, test and maintain the main systems of a building. We also build civil and architectural works, keep a full-time BIM and Revit team, look after buildings after handover, and import and distribute equipment.
