Vision, mission and values

What we aim for, how we work, and five values, one for each letter of our name.

Engineering excellence. Constructing your bright future.

This is our company slogan. Our vision, mission and five core values set out how we work towards it.

“Engineering Excellence. Creating Lasting Value. To be the most trusted engineering partner, delivering innovative, sustainable, and world-class solutions that create lasting value for our clients and society.”

SECCO vision statement

Our mission

“We build on strength and trust, pursue excellence in everything we do, honor our commitments with determination, collaborate for shared success, and continuously optimize through innovation, delivering lasting value to our clients, empowering our people, and contributing to a sustainable future.”

Each part of the mission has a concrete form at SECCO. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by SGS, and every installation follows a written SECCO method statement.

We test and commission our own systems, support them through the warranty period, and keep a 24-hour standby team. The SECCO Training Center develops our people's skills, and our services include energy management, energy retrofits and rooftop solar.

Our corporate principle

Customer service is at the heart of SECCO. A successful project also needs care, responsibility and honesty, backed by the strength of the company and an efficient project management team.

We work in project management teams. Each team drives its own projects, and our central divisions support every team to deliver.

Learning in the classroom and on the rig

Our mission commits us to empowering our people and to continuous improvement. Courses at the SECCO Training Center have covered AutoCAD 2D MEP (April 2023), and automatic control valves for buildings and water treatment for condensers, chillers and sanitary systems (both March 2024).

The centre is also a national skill-standard test centre, run by TEMCA at SECCO and licensed by the Department of Skill Development. In 2026 it has held training and skill tests in almost every month, for building electricians at levels 1 and 2 and for air-conditioning technicians.
