Every building system under one contract

Founded in 1978, SECCO installs the systems that make a building work: air conditioning and ventilation, power and communication, water, drainage and fire protection, and the high-voltage supply that feeds them. Around the installation we also provide design and value engineering, testing, commissioning and maintenance.

For owners and developers this is a one-stop MEP service, from the electricity supply to the chilled-water supply, including extra-low-voltage (ELV) and backup systems. The group also has two specialist subsidiaries: SECCO HV for high-voltage and infrastructure projects, and Grand Intersec for condominium buildings.

Design
Mechanical and electrical design and value engineering for budgeting, design assist on electrical work, and intelligent 3D model-based design in BIM and Revit.
Procure
Project managers run material procurement and cost control on an ERP system with real-time purchase requests and orders.
Install
A method statement for every installation, a project-management team supporting the site officer, site audits and quality checks, and licensed safety officers on site under a zero-tolerance accident policy.
Test and commission
Our commissioning team runs pre-tests, function tests, data gathering, commissioning and synchronisation of combined systems, and can provide a practical building operation manual for your operators.
Maintain
Preventive maintenance, operation and maintenance, and service and repair, with a dedicated team on standby for emergency 24-hour service and warranty maintenance.

Questions owners ask

Can SECCO design the systems as well as install them?

Yes. Our EPC and design team offers mechanical and electrical design, value engineering for budgeting and complete design-build packages, and our electrical division offers design assist and turnkey services.

How does SECCO handle technician licensing?

Thai law requires electricians and air-conditioning technicians to be licensed. SECCO has a certified body, certified by TEMCA and the Ministry of Labour, to license electricians and air-conditioning technicians. We also have facilities to train and certify electricians, air-conditioning technicians and plumbers, including the SECCO Training Center.

What happens after handover?

Our facility management team provides preventive maintenance, operation and maintenance, and service and repair. A dedicated team is on standby for emergency 24-hour service.

Can SECCO build data-centre systems?

Yes. SECCO offers MEP and utility systems for data centres, with redundancy designed and built to the operator's Uptime tier or TIA-942 requirements. Our own references include the Krungthai Bank Computer Centre. See data centres.

Do you work outside Thailand?
